Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the “T&C”) govern the upskilling services provided by Udigi (“Udigi,” “Company,”
“we,” or “us”) and apply to all users who enroll in or utilize our services. Udigi’s registered office is
located at Flat No. 5, Anna Street, Indira Nagar, Mudaliarpet, Puducherry.
Updates or Modifications to T&C
We reserve the right to update, amend, modify, or revise these T&C from time to time. Updates will be
reflected on this page with the respective “Date of Update.” Continued use of Udigi’s services after any
changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated T&C. We encourage users to periodically review these T&C
to remain informed of any changes.
Services Provided
Udigi offers mentorship and training programs, both online and offline, designed for career aspirants across
various sectors and work backgrounds, with a specific focus on non-tech domains, only Digital Marketing
(“Service”). Each training program is referred to as a “Program,” and collectively as “Programs.”
Access to Udigi Resources
During your enrollment in a Udigi Program, you will have access to various resources designed to enhance your
learning experience. Access policies for these resources are as follows:
3.1 One-on-One Mentorship
Udigi offers one-on-one mentorship through online and offline channels.
3.2 Mentors and Live Sessions
- Udigi Programs are delivered by qualified professionals and domain experts.
- Scheduled live cohort sessions are conducted via the Google Meet platform.
- Recorded sessions are not available for future reference.
3.3 Delivery Support Executive (DSE)
- A dedicated Delivery Support Executive (DSE) is assigned to assist you throughout your Program.
- The DSE handles concerns related to class quality, mentor feedback, fee payments, technical issues, or
other program-related requests.
- Contact details of the DSE will be shared via cohort-specific communities. Students are advised to
communicate primarily with their DSE unless otherwise required.
3.4 Lifetime Resource Access
- Program resources hosted on the Learning Management System (LMS) will be accessible for life.
- Students retain the right to seek domain-specific support and guidance.
Career Support Services
Udigi provides job readiness and placement assistance through rigorous mentorship, domain expertise,
networking opportunities, and dedicated channels.

not promise or promote guaranteed job placements. Success depends on individual competence and effort.
Fee Payments
5.1 Payment Policy
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, half of the Program fee is payable at the time of enrollment.
- Payments must be made through a secure payment link provided by an authorized Udigi Program Advisor.
5.2 Payment Security
- Udigi does not store your credit card or sensitive payment information.
- Payments are processed securely through partnered payment gateways in compliance with Reserve Bank of
India (RBI) regulations.
Program Pause Policy
6.1 Temporary Pause
- Students may temporarily pause their Program. During this period:
- Access to the LMS platform and other resources will be revoked.
- No new lectures will be added.
- Students will be enrolled in a new cohort upon resumption.
6.2 Payment Obligations
- The Program Pause policy does not exempt students from financial obligations under any financing
agreements (e.g., NBFC financing).
- Students must continue to pay due installments without delay. Failure to comply may result in
termination from the Program without certification, support, or refund.
Teaching, Institute & Non-Compete Policy
7.1 One-on-One Training Sessions
- Udigi Digital Marketing Institute provides exclusive one-on-one training sessions to all enrolled students.
- These sessions are strictly intended for the student’s personal learning, skill development, and professional growth.
- Sharing, reselling, recording, reproducing, or using the training content for teaching or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
7.2 Permission to Start a Digital Marketing Company
Students are permitted to:
- Start, own, or operate a digital marketing company or agency.
- Offer digital marketing services to clients independently or through their own business.
- This permission does not extend to teaching, training, mentoring, or institutional activities.
7.3 Restriction on Teaching & Institutes
During the course period and after course completion, students are strictly prohibited from:
- Starting, managing, promoting, or operating any digital marketing institute, academy, coaching center, or training platform.
- Taking classes, conducting workshops, mentoring sessions, webinars, or teaching digital marketing at any other institute, academy, organization, or online/offline platform.
7.4 Violation & Penalty Clause
- Any violation of the above restrictions will be considered a serious breach of agreement and trust.
- The student shall be liable to pay a penalty equal to 20 (twenty) times the total course fees paid to Udigi Digital Marketing Institute.
- Udigi reserves the right to initiate legal action, including recovery proceedings, injunctions, and damages, as deemed necessary.
7.5 Waiting Period Clause
- Students intending to start a digital marketing institute or provide training services must observe a mandatory waiting period of 3 (three) years from the date of course completion.
- After completion of the 3-year waiting period, students may independently start an institute or engage in teaching activities without restriction.
7.6 Acceptance of Terms
- By enrolling in Udigi Digital Marketing Institute, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the above terms and conditions.
- Failure to adhere to these terms may result in penalties, termination from the Program, and loss of certification or support without any refund.
